School managers can use Apple school Manager (school.apple.com) to add apps to the school's Apple Volume Purchase Profile (VPP) account. With additional permission granted by the principal and assigned by IT, managers can go through the process of buying paid apps from the Apple App Store and adding them to the school's VPP account.

Mosyle allows the same school managers to organize ipads into groups, - adding apps, restrictions, etc. as needed through a web interface.
